What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to San Antonio and all the surrounding area (Fair Oaks Ranch, TX, Boerne, TX, Bulverde, TX, San Antonio, TX, and more). Delivery fees do apply and based on distance from central San Antonio.
Can we get a garland or arch same day?
We can accommodate most same day deliveries. Same day deliveries are subject to our delivery schedule. Please call us at 210-602-5565 for details.
How long do the balloons last?
The lifespan of a balloon depends on the material it's made of and how it's filled. Here's a general breakdown:
1. Latex Balloons (the common rubber ones):
- Lasts about 12 to 24 hours. They’ll gradually shrink and lose shape.
- Lasts about . Helium is lighter than air, so it escapes through the balloon material faster, causing the balloon to deflate.
- If you want latex balloons to last a little longer with helium, you can use a product called Hi-Float, which coats the inside and helps retain helium for about 2–3 days.
2. Foil (Mylar) Balloons:
- Can last several weeks (2 to 4 weeks) because they’re thicker and less porous.
- Lasts about 3 to 5 days, but will usually float for a few days before gradually losing buoyancy.
